I love Jesus Christ, my husband and our sweet little meatball. I love how my husband and I can make each other laugh everyday! We love to be outside doing almost anything but especially camping! I am passionate about advocating for others, Biblical truth, ministry and Biblical counseling. **We added to our family in 2012 work a princess meatball **

Do you know...

I think that one of my most favorite things that radio stations do is have those call in segments where people call in with lyrics they think they hear but aren't even close. C'mon everyone has a song or 5 that when they found out the lyrics it was as disappointing as finding out santa wasnt real which by the way, I am sorry if this is the first you've ever heard of it. My brother and I thought this song from awhile back by Rusted Root called "Send me on my way," we would swear to it that it was really called "Simeon the whale." For YEARS I thought that until one day I was singing it in front of someone else and they asked what in the world I was singing LOL.

Well, anyhow, this morning I said to a coworker that I was "Goin on up," to the third floor of our building which is typical to mention it to save others the grueling trip up these killer stairs. And my brain didn't fail me in recalling some random thing that had that phrase in it. In this case it sparked the sound clip of the Jeffersons jingle to start up in my head. So I thought it might be fun to look up the lyrics and post them here. Check yourself and see if you knew the right words or were way off like me for years!

Well we're movin on up, To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up To the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.

Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin' Just to get up that hill.
Now we're up in teh big leagues Gettin' our turn at bat.
As long as we live, it's you and me baby There ain't nothin wrong with that.

Well we're movin on up, To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up To the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.
