I love Jesus Christ, my husband and our sweet little meatball. I love how my husband and I can make each other laugh everyday! We love to be outside doing almost anything but especially camping! I am passionate about advocating for others, Biblical truth, ministry and Biblical counseling. **We added to our family in 2012 work a princess meatball **

Busy................Blessings & Jimmy

Well, I have not posted in a little while as my schedule and various responsibilities have come full swing it appears. Ya know I am working about 15 fewer hours and am busier than I have ever been and couldn't be happier! Things at work are great. Things at church seem to be starting to take off. Lots of opportunities for so many things. Its amazing and a bit overwhelming (in a good way) sometimes to know where to start.

Please continue to pray for the ministries at NCF and that I continue to find my perfect fit there.

A couple of friends bought me a portable air conditioner when I discovered that I was not able to have a typical window model. It was so incredibly amazing of them to do. Normally I would just buck up and deal with the heat, however, I live above what will soon be the kitchen of a pizza shop! God just continues to amaze me through the way this church has surrounded me with all sorts of support (not just material). I spend a lot of time arguing with people refusing their wat-too-generous gift only to have them put me in my place and refuse to do anything but bless me lol.

Jimmy updates..
They have been quiet except for a vacuuming episode at 3:45am the other morning. Now its the fire sirens that have been going off in the middle of the night LOL.

Field of Dreams...

Just recently my pastor was talking about a confirmation that I was unaware of regarding my transition here. Apparently, when he proposed the idea of my position to the church there was some hesitancy as there were not a lot of militay families in the church at the time. After I was offered and accepted the position, several familes came out and continue to come as well as new ones. Who knew that W.P. Kinsella knew some theology when he said "build it and they will come..."

Food chopper

I was suprised today at church by another welcome gift. It was a foodchopper. And not just ANY foodchopper! It was a pampered chef chopper. Now, I dont know much about things like Pampered Chef but I know enough to know that even theier refrigerator magnets are coveted lol. Well, this got me to thinking about how awesome God is and how He always knows. Now the foodchopper was materialistic and not somthing I couldn't live without but it was a neat little thing that would be nice to have. I don't remember mentioning anything about wanting this to anyone and definitely not this woman. It was an awesome awesome surprise. It was nice to since a friend walked off with the new one I bought while in Boston and never got to use. Just nice to be reminded that God is in the details =).

Lately...

Well, things are settling in now. Got my feet, both of them involved in ministry stuff now. Busier, crazier and more chaotic than I have been in awhile and to be honest, I could not be happier !! Work is good; feel like I am starting to really get into the swing of things (I probably should not have said that :P ).

Please continue to pray for the ministries as they are in such new phases that there is much to be done and many decisions to be made.

Thanks!
